Are Children Permitted?
We honor the sacred bond between the motherbaby. Babies still in arms - who need the closeness of their mother are welcome in the WEAVE space. We ask mobile toddlers and young children to stay home. WEAVE is a space where mothers can be held - and we trust that your body knows what’s best. Thank you for helping us maintain the integrity and energy of WEAVE while honoring the beauty of mothering.
Do i need to be ‘spiritual’ or have prior experience to participate?
Not at all. You don’t need to have ever done a retreat, breathwork, or ceremony. If you feel called - that’s enough.
Do i have to participate in the Ceremonies?
Of course not. You’ll always have full agency. Nothing is required. You can observe, participate, or rest. Every part of the weekend is optional.
Do I need to sign up for workshops in advance?
Yes, as we get closer we will send out an email to choose what workshops you want to participate in.
Can I come Alone?
Absolutely. Many women will come solo and leave with lifelong connections. This space is designed to be safe and welcoming for anyone arriving on their own.
Is this religious or affiliated with any tradition?
WEAVE is not tied to any religion or tradition. It’s a heart-led, earth-rooted gathering that honors diverse spiritual paths and honors all belief systems. Some of the practices may come from indigenous or ancestral backgrounds, but they will be noted and given credit due when necessary.

Where will we be sleeping?
This event is BYOC (bring your own camp) style. We will provide a Facebook group with all participants who are interested in finding tent buddies. However, you will be responsible for providing your own sleeping essentials. The land has plenty of beautiful tent areas. For an additional cost, you are also welcome to bring an RV (very limited spots). You can also camp in your car if that is something you’re more comfortable with. Keep in mind for car camping that the parking lot is a little bit further away from the main gathering area and will require some walking back and forth.
What if I don’t have any camp gear?
We will provide a Facebook group for those interested in sharing Tents. If you’re not interested in purchasing your own camp gear, reaching out to friends and family to borrow is always a great resource. Facebook Marketplace is another resource for cheaper used gear, as well as looking into camp gear rentals from Sporting Good stores.
What does the bathroom situation look like?
We will have portable bathrooms and handwashing stations available.

What is ‘Ceremony’?
Sacred ceremony is the act of naming something meaningful and treating it with care. Ceremony can look like drinking Cacao with intention, it can be gathering around a fire and releasing what you’re ready to let go of. It can look like singing, dancing, breathwork, praying, creating, or simply listening. It’s an embodied prayer offered through different means of connecting to the Earth and Spirit.
It’s a way to come back to yourself. To the land. To eachother.
It’s how we shift big energy and remember our belonging.
